No-Show & Late Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
At BelleSante by Kristine Romine, MD, we value all of our patients’ time and strive to provide exceptional care. When you schedule an appointment, we reserve that time just for you – much like booking a room at a boutique hotel! If you need to make a change, we kindly request at least 2 full business days’ notice (Monday-Friday) so that we can offer your spot (your “room”) to another patient in need.
Late Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows
- If you cancel, reschedule, or do not show up without providing at least 2 full business days’ notice (Monday-Friday), a $100 fee will apply.
- Subsequent late cancellations/reschedules, or no-shows will result in escalating fees.
Much like a boutique hotel, when you reserve an appointment (your “room”), that time is exclusively yours, and without adequate notice, we are unable to rebook your spot (your “room”). To continue providing exceptional care and maintain availability for all our patients, we must follow this policy consistently. Our approach is rooted in fairness, transparency, and consistency – we apply these fees uniformly to ensure that all patients receive the opportunity to be cared for.
