He has been a lifelong athlete, playing virtually every sport offered. He was also an avid lacrosse player for seven years before taking up sand volleyball.

When not training clients, Christopher maintains his own rigorous fitness routine, working out six to seven times weekly. His athletic pursuits include competitive sand volleyball and pickleball, along with hiking throughout Northern Arizona's diverse terrain. This personal commitment to an active lifestyle enhances his ability to relate to clients at all fitness levels and inspire them toward their own lifelong wellness achievements, improved strength, fitness, stability, resilience, and overall elevated confidence..
